We had no personal technology in 1984. Obese/Overweight adults were at less than 40%. Today that number is over 65%. Many children leave school with at least 2 markers for cardiovascular disease.  Lois Mauch is a classroom Health and Physical Education Teacher,  author and conference presenter. She has taught more than 25,000 lessons in the classroom.
